Price details & payment options
- Prices are per apartment and day, excluding resort tax of € 3.50 per person and day. From 01.11.23 the resort tax is € 4.00 per person and day. Children under the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax.
- End-of-stay cleaning: Type 01 € 100.00 to be paid once / Type 02 € 70.00 to be paid once.
- Payment option: We only accept prepayment and cash.

Deposit & reservation
Binding reservation: We charge a deposit of 50% (via bank transfer). After receipt of payment, you will receive our binding reservation confirmation in written. The reservation is based on the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry.

Booking information
- Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
- Length of stay: The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Cancellation conditions
- No cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
- From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booked stay
- Within the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the booked stay

- Check-in from 4.00 pm
- Check-out until 9.00 am
